• – From the A14 exit “San Benedetto del Tronto – Ascoli Piceno”
• follow the highway towards “San Benedetto del Tronto Lungomare”
• take the third exit Via Scarlatti Mare, at the end of the ramp take the first road to the right until reaching the Stop sign
• turn right, continue along via Dei Mille for approximately 250 metres, and you will see the Hotel opposite the bus stop no.14.

By train:

– From the San Benedetto del Tronto take bus no.2 towards “lungomare”, stop no.14.
